Our story & values

AGS Ventures develops and invests in commercial real estate nationwide. Our current project, Hull Row, is retail storefronts. Future project types may include mini storage, boat and RV storage, flex space and contractor bays, large warehousing, and related commercial product types.

We underwrite deeply, operate thoughtfully, and report clearly — with disciplined capital allocation and long-term partnership with investors. Residential and multifamily may be considered in the future; they are not a current focus.

AGS Ventures is led by its founder and is a new commercial real estate development company. Hull Row in Athens, Georgia is our first project — up and coming, and now in development.

Our approach is hands-on: stay closely involved from site planning through design, construction, and lease-up, and build what the market actually needs.

We believe in clear communication — keeping capital partners informed with straightforward, regular updates as each project moves forward.
